MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHandle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in a timely manner by reaching out to customers for qualification and converting MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).Attract prospects and identify lead generation strategies and opportunities contributing towards an annual revenue target.Drive SQLs and successfully close deals in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers.Follow up daily with customers and partners on open opportunities.Accelerate pipeline to closure avoiding losing deals and stalled transactions.Forecast accurate deals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Complete all product trainings, remain up to date, and present the company's product portfolio to end users.Ensure Salesforce is always up to date and all activities are logged correctly.Build quotes in Salesforce and secure discount approvals when necessary.Oversee the daily activities of the Inside Sales Representatives and attend to issues as appropriate.Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership.Ensure that human capital and capabilities are aligned with the company HR strategy at a departmental level.Act as an agent of change and challenge departmental structures and processes to accompany change initiatives.Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan.CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor's degree in Marketing or in any other related field.At least 4 years of previous working experience in a similar role within the IT sector.Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong work ethic and integrity of character.Team player.COMPANY BENEFITSMedical Insurance from the 1st day of employment.Multicultural and friendly working environment.Due to the high volume of applications, we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
