We are seeking a Plumbing Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. We are a plumbing construction company specializing in multiple housing in the Tampa and surrounding area.
Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation of High Rise CondosAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications: Previous experience in construction and plumbing management or other related fieldsPlumbing ExperienceStrong leadership qualitiesDeadline and detail-orientedJob location is Naples, FL and Sarasota, FL.
