Sales Team Assistant

The position should function as a link between sales and operations to better manage the flow of information and provide efficient systems updates and service to the business.Responsibilities:Order entryOrder maintenanceProvide accounts with Linelists, Templates, photodeck and market updates during market to allow timely order receipts.Process global changes in ACS once finalized (style #, colour codes, price).Send Order Acknowledgement to all accounts each season and resolve discrepancies.Chase POs from accounts and update in ACS on orders to ensure order releasing.Process cutbacks in ACS once seasonal cuts have been finalized under the direction of sales teams.Monitor status of orders (Unconfirmed) soliciting teams to provide actions to the status change.Produce shipping reports regularly and monitor Cancel dates and coordinate with Sales to adjust accordingly.Send shipping reports to Agents regularly.Coordinate actions with Logistics (Bleckmann) to resolve potential shipping/delivery issues in a timely manner.RTV log update monitoring respecting the requested timeline.Reorders log to keep updated.Assist international accounts in providing all needed documents and support of customer service in coordination with AEs.Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-termContract Duration: 12 monthsAvailability:Monday to FridayExperience:Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
