POSITION IDENTIFICATION Position Title: Sales Representative (Funzionario Vendite) Organization: GTS Reports to: Sales Manager PURPOSE OF POSITION The objective for the Sales Representative is to develop sales and build long-term relations and loyalty with the customers in the area set by the company. This includes securing the implementation of sales activities set by the company, meaning product availability, placement, promotion, and price to ensure a continuous positive development of the annual turnover and overall profitability for the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION Product-focused sales to meet the specific needs of professional customers. Implementation of plans for customers, ensuring that activities set by the sales manager are executed. Visit customers based on visitation plans. Manage all reference sales channels and ensure the correct positioning of products. Ensure that the entire pre-sales and after-sales process is successful according to the company's objectives, including order collection and monitoring. Monitor and increase customer satisfaction. Perform training or demonstrations at the point of sale where required. Develop the customer portfolio through continuous research and identification of new business partners. Transfer sales policies to customers and distribution partners. Implement promotional activities and prepare promotional areas in collaboration with the trade marketing function. Host and participate in key business events, e.g., trade shows, exhibitions, in-store demonstrations, and events to expand sales opportunities. Collect information in the area (competition price detection, analyze and study competitor products) and report to the manager. Conduct market-customer and demand analysis. Identify large users in the area to present commercial opportunities and convert product offerings. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Formal Qualifications:

High School Degree (3 years). Knowledge & Experience:

3-4 years as a Promoter. 3 years as a Sales Account. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Communication – clear and precise in interactions. Presentation – effective communication of key points during presentations while maintaining audience interest. Commercial awareness – understanding of modern market dynamics and the needs of key retailers and end users. Negotiation – maximize return at minimal costs while ensuring a win/win situation for the business and the retailer/construction company. Financial – understanding necessary financial areas to drive sales and margin for the business. Budgetary – maintain control of set budgets through effective planning and control. Ability to deal with pressure – remain calm under pressure and ensure that pressure situations do not adversely affect results. Flexible – willing to work 'out of office hours' during the week and weekends with a creative open-minded attitude. Time management – prioritize key tasks to achieve business-critical objectives in a timely manner. Planning skills – proactively drive sales through planned activities. Drive and determination – high self-motivation to seek continuous improvement even in tough conditions.
