WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a sales manager, you will be accountable for delivering sales targets and driving business growth in the Kiosk, Financial Services & Transport industries for the assigned territories, which include but are not limited to Italy, some Mediterranean, CIS and Eastern Europe countries. You will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, in particular through the management of channel partners, in order to maximize sales opportunities.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans, in alignment with the Company's objectives, to deliver sales targets and drive business growth; Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, integrators and channel partners on the market, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships; Understand both the CPI products and their applications to create and deliver value-based sales presentations; Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, from product selection to product delivery; Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers maximizing Company's revenue and customers' experience; Be accountable for all customers quotes (developing, building, negotiating); Develop, drive and maintain a sales and orders funnel for the assigned territories and produce accurate monthly forecasts; Evaluate market trends, monitor sales performances, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities, drive sales growth and optimize sales effectiveness; Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies through continuous learning and networking. Leverage this knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business growth and expansion; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product management, finance, technical support, customer service, supply chain) to ensure internal coordination, alignment of sales efforts and long-term customers satisfaction; Provide weekly reports and monthly updates for the assigned territories. We are seeking a results-driven and action-oriented sales manager with a track record of exceeding sales targets and with proven success in driving business growth through existing and new OEMs and channel partners.
Qualifications and requirements
Master's degree in engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in components sales in the industrial sector; Experience in selling technical solutions in an industrial sector, business to business; Proven track record of successful sales management and consistent overachievement of sales targets, as well as of managing a distribution network at an international scale; Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans; Language: Italian native, fluent in English. Russian or an Eastern European language would be a plus; Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferable), analytics tools (e.g. Qlik) and Microsoft Office suite; Ability to travel up to 60% of time.
