The Technical Sales MTP is responsible for achieving technical-based sales by designing and developing projects of Motorpump products. Support Regional Managers in finding the right technical solution for their customer's requirements of Motorpumps projects. Design a project and create an offer. Support direct customers to find the right technical solution for their requirements of Motorpumps projects by designing the project and offering it.

Ideally at least 3 to 5 years of relevant technical sales experience, with a focus on the pumping and/or irrigation industry.

Main Accountabilities
Present, promote, and sell motor pumps to existing and prospective customers. Indirect sales to customers through Regional Managers. Technical formation of Regional Managers. Technical formation of customers' salesforce. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports. Intercompany cooperation inside Farmfront. Job Requirements
Bachelor in agricultural subjects (Agricultural engineer or Mechanic engineer is preferred). Previous experience in the pumping and/or irrigation industry is preferred (with a competitor and/or supplier). Capacity to design and articulate an offer able to match customers' needs with the best competitive selling price. Understanding of customer needs, both stated and unarticulated. Willing to learn to facilitate the Group Support. A thorough knowledge of applicable products, services, and capabilities. Knowledge of the main characteristics of export trade.
