Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets; Work closely with our local partners; Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits; Collect, organize, and feedback information on the target market; Through the establishment of deep customer relationships, promote customer re-purchase and transfer introduction to achieve sales growth; Responsible for the establishment of customer information, storage, and classification management. Requirements: Basic: Location: Sicilia or Puglia (Italy); 1-3 years' experience in direct sales, familiar with the olive industry; Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads; Passion for sales work, diligent and initiative; ability to work remotely with flexible patterns and travel up to 70%; Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal building skills; Fluent in English in writing, speaking, listening, and reading; Hold a driving license. Advanced: Experience in the olive industry; Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment/related; Degree in Engineering. Remuneration: Attractive remuneration package; travel allowance and insurance; competitive commission bonus at the end of the year.
