Job Overview:We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to act as a liaison between customers, outdoor sales, agents, and operations in the sales area.
You will contribute to gross profit budgets and increasing revenues/volumes.In this role, you will be:Responsible for all incoming quotations for clients, potential clients, and network parties (foreign offices, agents, and tenders) related to ocean and air freight, 3PL, and customs.Responsible for incoming RFQs – creating tenders and necessary documentation, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.Regularly updating all existing customer quotes.Providing general inside sales support with documentation, templates, quotes, etc.
for both new and existing clients.Completing presentations and reports to support business relationships and opportunities.Providing accurate and timely information to client services and operations to ensure process and administration efficiency.Qualifications About you:At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience within a similar organization.Knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market, and regulations.Strong selling and presentation skills with solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment.Knowledge of CRM systems and CargoWise 1 would be an asset.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
