ResponsibilitiesYou will lead our commercial efforts, clearly communicating internally the strategy and keeping the team focused on key objectives.Lead negotiations and delivery of annual sales target while achieving and exceeding sales budget for the assigned customers/projects.Track and manage sales opportunity pipeline from the earliest stages of project development through to contract closure to deliver the annual Business Plan.Conduct customer visits to understand their challenges and needs.You will work closely with customers to prioritize which opportunities present the best chance of conversion in order to support the business in developing a deliverable forward strategy.Provide recommendations on commercial aspects to be applied to proposals to reflect the market conditions.Ensure bilateral communication flow between the market and the business to establish and maintain positive corporate client relationships.Support other teams during the execution of projects on commercial matters and product needs.Foster an effective working relationship between Sales and the functions within the business.Reduce/remove repeated mistakes across enquiries/proposals through effective analysis of lessons learnt outputs.About You You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and are used to managing complex data (prices, costs, variable fees, currencies, etc.). You can quickly connect, analyze, and cluster them for review and presentation in different forms.
You will be able to lead and manage the sales process for applications and electrical components across the organization. We are looking for a quick learner with effective time management and negotiation skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and work autonomously while managing different peers across the Company.
You will cope with a medium amount of responsibility, remain calm under pressure, and read and interpret instructions carefully while adapting to corporate dynamics.
You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and play a significant role in developing a successful and effective pricing process that will directly impact employees' day-to-day activities.
Travel Requirements: 30/40% depending on specific situation.
