SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MOBILITY With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for ambitious, passionate individuals in the Mobility Area (automotive and transportation) innovation and challenges. He/She will actively participate in sales and business development of all the services offered in Mobility (design, workpackages, coachbuilding). Working closely with the Sales&Marketing manager, the candidate will be involved in:
Market analysis, competitor's analysis business intelligence and benchmarking leading to the identification of new business opportunitiesCreating the new business development pipeline providing an accurate and timely reporting of all new project opportunities to the Mobility DirectorSupporting in building and managing commercial relationships with both existing and prospective Clients across the full range of services; quality-lead generation and new business developmentSupporting in draft detailed workplan & commercial offersSupporting in negotiation and close the general T&CSupporting in foster relationships with executive decision makers at Client levelHelping Clients navigate the comprehensive challenges involved in innovation within complex organizations and marketsBeing autonomous to liaise with the R&D and Design Teams to develop comprehensive quotations and to identify the best offering strategy applied to the Clients' needQualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Economic, Business Administration, or Management Engineering10 years of work experience in a commercial area in high value-added servicesExcellent organizational skills and/or project manager acquisition backgroundResult-orientedWilling to travel, including international tripsExcellent in EnglishA second foreign language is requiredPassion for carsPrevious experience in an automotive company, preferably B2BBrilliant personality with strong communication, customer relationship, and networking skillsProblem-solving and Team PlayerMarketing, commercial, and financial skillsPassion for innovation, design, strategic thinking, new technologies, and new mediaTechnical sales and presentation skillsWe offer: International, dynamic, stimulating context with real opportunities for growthBe part of a company of design and innovation with 90+ years of historyWorking place: Cambiano (hybrid work)We provide equal employment opportunities and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and safe from discrimination or harassment of any kind.We invest in the development and well-being of our employees, offering continuous training, a positive and inclusive working environment, with a focus on work-life balanceOnly profiles that meet the above requirements will be considered.
