Sales Analyst Intern

The Adecco Group is looking for a resource to be included in an internship within the Sales Controlling team at its Milan Headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in discovering the world of analysis of the main sales KPIs, sharing presentations, intercepting critical issues and/or development opportunities on the main sectors of the market. There will be both specific training activities regarding the main processes touched upon during the internship, as well as mandatory training activities (e.g. occupational safety), and institutional training regarding. ACTIVITIES Specifically, the most recurring activities in which the resource will support the tutor will be: o Creation and collection of files to analyze the main sales data with particular attention to margins; o Preparation of forecasts and sales hypotheses based on the information received from colleagues in the sales department; o Identify new market trends through data analysis; o Regular presentations of the trends of the sectors managed by the sales force and to the company teams involved; o Manage relationships with other internal teams (sales, administration, etc.); o Management and monitoring of group mapping in the various company systems; o Management of contracts and orders for approval of quotes in company systems.
