RINA is currently recruiting for a RINA Consulting Business Analyst to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
Mission As a Business Analyst at RINA Consulting S.p.A, the selected candidate will work on different strategic initiatives, supporting the success and efficiency of our operations.
Key Accountabilities Strategic Development: Shape and implement strategic plans to drive business success. Goal Integration: Support the planning and integration of goals and metrics for commercial, operational, quality, technical, and financial objectives. Performance Enhancement: Support in the identification and resolution of performance gaps to achieve business targets. Operational Efficiency: Support initiatives to optimize revenues, margins, costs, invoicing, and cash flow. Sales & Project Management: Support operational units in executing sales, project management, and procurement processes. Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify issues, their root causes, and implement corrective actions. Back Office Supervision: Oversee contract management, invoicing, and credit collection activities. Global Collaboration: Facilitate smooth operations through collaboration with Global Functions. Education Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
Qualifications 1-2 years in similar roles with a focus on Business Controlling and Reporting. Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) Preferably proficient in reporting tools and applications (e.g., Qlik View, Power BI).
