We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our RGM department asRGM Specialist in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence, Italy) – Carapelli Firenze.
As part of the RGM team, you will ensure the smooth running of the following activities in the Italian site:
- Analysing trade spend, volumes and margins to support strategic and business decisions
- Providing guidelines on trade and price, assortment and product policies
- Monitor and process internal data for commercial, financial and strategic purposes
- Monitor and process retail and consumer market data
- Contributing to the management of online/e-commerce channels (brand presence/communication/advertising projects for pure players)
- Contribute to consumer research projects/analyses, interacting with dedicated internal team and external suppliers
- Contribute to market/sales analysis (business intelligence; Nielsen data) to help understand the market in collaboration with the commercial marketing and sales team.
- Collaborate with the RGM Global team on specific projects
You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role:
Qualification/Experience
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent, postgraduate degree in trade marketing/RGM/business intelligence desirable;
- Proven expertise and wide-ranging experience in RGM or Trade Marketing in a global FMCG organisation (minimum 2/3 years work experience) or in FCMG data companies (NielsenIQ, Circana, GFK)

Knowledge
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to translate market data into valuable information;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of proprietary tools NielsenIQ, Circana appreciated
- Process-oriented, fact-oriented and strong sense of urgency;
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English. Spanish is an advantage;
