Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for the revamping of solar power plants, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee the implementation of revamping activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Technical Expertise: Assess existing solar power plant infrastructure and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement upgrades, enhancements, and modifications to increase plant efficiency and performance. Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to solar power plant revamping. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with revamping projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical specifications, and construction practices relevant to solar power plant revamping.
