Retail Trainer

For our Client, with more than 1500 employees worldwide, one of the worldwide leaders in selective skincare, and with headquarters based in Swiss, we are looking for a RETAIL TRAINER The candidate will represents the Company, its brands and its values reporting to the Education Manager and she/he will establish the coaching process and standards to ensure the quality of execution and tracking to people working in stores.

· Acts as a consultant to people in stores and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
· Drives and elevate the consistency in standards of Luxury Execution
· Ensures the implementation of regional Coaching workflows (i.e. tracking of all coaching activities and follow up action plans)
· Evaluates people performance improvement after each coaching
· Review KPI's (both individual and store level) together with the Retail teams, and ensure the Coaching plan is aligned with the business objectives
· Partnership with Education Manager to ensure the quality of classroom training delivery to add value to the training
· Provide retail insights to Education Manager, to support training development though operational retail translation

· Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
· 3-5 years experience
· Experience in retail industry(beauty industry, eyewear industry)
· Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
· Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
· Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to motivate people
· Problem-solving and organisational skills
· Fluent in English
· Availability to travel up to 80%

The salary package will be commensurate with the actual experience and in any case able to satisfy even the most qualified candidates
