Restaurant Manager

A Chinese restaurant is looking for a professional manager who can satisfy customers by following the directions of the director.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to the many booking requests that come in through online platforms and phone calls.Ensure that all reservation requests are processed promptly and accurately with attention to detail.Collaborate with team members to coordinate requests from the guests.Collect information about the customer and ensure the optimization of the guest service.Contribute to continuous improvement of the profit and suggest ideas to optimize efficiency and guest experience.Must have skills:Proficiency in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus.Excellent communication skills.Previous experience in similar duties.Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to lead and inspire a team, analytical capacity, proactivity, and innovation.We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
Requirements:EDUCATION AND TRAINING: University degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar.
