The practical goal is to develop an open-source platform for Higher Education by following an agile user-centred approach.
It includes (a) collection of multi-stakeholder requirements, (b) agile development, and (c) heuristics and user-centered evaluation.
Expected artefacts include (a) educational resources which can be easily modified and adapted to different contexts and skills and (b) a repository to provide remote communication and monitoring.
The research goal is to define guidelines for remote higher education, including (1) pedagogical, accessibility, usability, and user experience quality criteria; (2) collection of baseline values; and (3) definition of agile but reliable methods for user studies.
