Your responsibilities include: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and execute innovative and top-quality dishes.
Assist in day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity.
Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and culinary.
2+ years' high-level hospitality experience.
Ability to contribute with innovative ideas to menu development Capacity to excel in fast-paced, dynamic kitchens.
