Your responsibilities include: Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the restaurant department.
Improving the quality of the services offered in accordance with the company's strategic goals.
Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation.
Managing the team ensuring that everyone is well-trained and motivated.
Managing restaurant operations according to the budget.
Show the ability to be hands-on by supporting the team during daily operations.
Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.

Excellent communication skills.
