If you love challenges and think you're a good fit, let's get in touch!Purpose of the roleThe role will be focused on starting-up and managing Remarketing business, developing a national strategy, creating roll out processes, procedure and channel support of overall country commercial objectives.Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the roleThe Remarketing Manager will report to the Head of Sales and will be in charge of managing all the activities related to used car business, residual values monitoring and influencing, short term rent buyback planning and management.Main tasks of the resource will be:Developing annual business plan according to uc vision working on different remarketing channel.Defining used car strategy, process and procedure.Creating and managing agreement with third parts supplier related with used car business.Ensuring efficiency in buyback phase working together with fleet department, logistic department and Finance department.
Creating and maintaining partnerships with RV setter.Planning and developing retail used car program, by maintaining relationship with dealers.
Planning and developing web/bid sales used car program.Remarketing Manager will be in charge of:Used car prices settingCreate wholesales forecastReporting activities for top managementInterface and manage remarketing suppliersSupport logistic and finance for strategic decision and invoicing/payment managementDealer sales management in order to increase profit and maintain RV on Italian marketWork on specific program with RV influencer for increasing brand's RV.Experience Requirements of the candidateBachelor's or master's degree.At least 3 years of experience in Remarketing in the automotive sector.Excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory.Proficiency in Office package use (especially Excel).Excellent analytical skills and commercial attitude.
