We are searching for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join our growing Commercial team. In this role, you will leverage your regulatory expertise to demonstrate our industry-leading products to clients, helping them achieve their compliance and sustainability goals. Working closely with our Business Development Executives and Account Managers, you will showcase 3E's solutions to both current and prospective customers.
What Product's You'll Support:
Product Safety & Stewardship: Author Safety Data Sheets (SDS), provide comprehensive regulatory content and integrate with SAP to maintain product safety and regulatory adherence.
What You'll Do
Sales and Business Development Support:
Partner with Business Development teams to drive new customer acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.
Navigate client organizations and regulatory landscapes, serving as a regulatory and EH&S expert to guide solution design.
Support the preparation of RFI/RFP/SOW documents and assist in deal shaping, including product combinations and pricing.
Influence and shape deals by assessing project scopes and implementation complexities.
Customer Engagement and Solution Design:
Understand customer business needs to connect 3E's value proposition effectively.
Present and demonstrate 3E's compliance solutions and capabilities.
Customize Scope of Work (SOW) documents for comprehensive client delivery programs.
Conduct workshops to help clients manage regulatory requirements and design end-to-end solutions for desired business outcomes.
Collaboration and Training:
Partner with Account Management to expand product usage and drive adoption through training and workshops.
Assist clients in navigating 3E's internal support for swift problem resolution.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective software usage.
Technical Expertise and Product Demonstration:
Understand and demonstrate the technical details of 3E's Product Safety and Stewardship products.
Tailor presentations and demonstrations to align with specific client needs.
Assist in customizing and configuring software solutions to fit unique client requirements.
Feedback and Market Analysis:
Gather customer feedback, convert it to enhancement requests, and share with Commercial Leadership and Product teams.
Stay updated on major global chemical regulatory updates.
Create and maintain industry point-of-view presentations and client-facing collateral.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Post-Sales Support:
Offer technical support and troubleshooting after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams for resolving post-installation issues.
Representation and Advocacy:
Attend industry events and tradeshows to publicly represent and promote 3E's industry expertise.
Promote 3E's value proposition by understanding and addressing customer expectations and business needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years in Environmental, Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Compliance
Familiarity in many areas such as product stewardship, chemical classification, reporting, and registration requirements, product safety, hazard communication (e.g., Haz Com, ROHS, Cal Prop 65, GHS, DOT, TSCA, WHMIS, REACH, etc.).
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Previous users of 3E's products and services are a plus.
Fluency in German and English to work with our global customers and colleagues.
