**About the role**:
As a Regional Recruitment Support Officer based in China you will achieve student enrolment and profit goals for their portfolio of Agents, Partner Institutions and Sponsors across all the product portfolio for China & New Zealand recruitment team.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Contact prospective students through various channels based on the pipeline to provide accurate, relevant and compelling information to convert enrolments.
- Work with relevant departments (sales, admissions, accommodations, student support etc.)
to convert students from 'Application' to 'Course start' stage.
- Manage and maintain clear/accurate record in terms of conversion activities in a timely manner to support forecast requirements.
- Maintain strong and close relationships with internal stakeholders to maximize the conversion rate.
- Need to work on a flexible time zone (10am - 7pm NZ time) to suit New Zealand market demand.
- Conduct relevant data analysis to support recruitment.
- Ensure excellent standards of customer service.
- Provide support to Regional Sales Managers regarding all recruitment activities and events
**About you**:
You will describe yourself as a self-motivated person and a team player who can organise their own workload and cope with simultaneous demands.
Innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and recommendations for improvements.
To be successful in this role, you must have fluency in language/s required to operate in the China & NZ onshore market.
You will also have the ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities, on own initiative and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
You must also have:
- A Bachelor's/tertiary degree level qualification and/or customer service experience
- High-level interpersonal communication skills inclusive of writing and verbal communication
- Administrative experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge of International Education Services Industry and overseas education systems.
- A flexible attitude to work including a willingness rearrange working hours to covert weekends and evenings in support of events is preferred but not essential.
