Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share growth in Italy. Lead and motivate a team of sales managers, distributors, and support staff to drive performance and achieve business objectives. Identify and evaluate market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making and ensure competitive positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to support business objectives and enhance brand reputation. Provide guidance, training, and support to distributors to help them achieve their sales and business development goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and finance, to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the Italian market. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and distributor feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business processes. Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements governing direct selling operations in Italy, and liaise with legal counsel as needed to address regulatory issues. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand, products, and business opportunities and expand our network of contacts. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on regional performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives. With strong background in B2C Business set -up and Multi-level Marketing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in direct selling, network marketing, or multi-level marketing, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role. Strong understanding of the direct selling industry, including sales strategies, compensation plans, distributor recruitment, and retention practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth and profitability. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Ability to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally internationally. Job Type: Full-time
