_The _**Front Office Agent role**_ _is the point of reference for welcoming customers and providing them with all-round support during their stay._ - **In performing his/her role, the FOA is responsible for**:_ - Welcomes and registers all customers, paying close attention to their requests and respecting the procedures of the Leading standards._ - Ensures that all customer information is present in the computer system._ - Always displays a courteous, professional and warm attitude towards customers, _ - is responsible for the management of the cash fund and performs continuous checks on it._ - Has a comprehensive knowledge of the rooms, the various services offered to customers, rates and dates of availability._ - He/she is familiar with all current promotions, customer loyalty programmes, the hours of the various outlets, hotel events, etc._ - Diploma/Degree/Master's degree in Hospitality (or equivalent);_ - Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH, both written and spoken (knowledge of additional languages is a plus);_ - Previous work experience in the Luxury Hospitality, Hotel, Spa or Tourism sector, _ - Kind and courteous, organised, Sensitivity in listening to customers and anticipating their needs.
