Role and Responsibilities As a commercial and administrative support to the Real Estate team, you excel through your meticulous, organized, and independent work style. You ensure that new openings and relocations proceed smoothly, coordinating and participating in internal meetings with relevant departments to secure the acceleration of our store development across Italy.
You will create business plans for new openings, relocations, and renewals, prepare Letters of Intent (LOIs), and update the store opening tracking tool weekly. In addition, you will assist with the leasing process, preparing necessary documents and reports, and managing the Real Estate and Legal IT database for new files and leases.
You will independently oversee the financial processes of the Real Estate business, including preparing purchase orders and manual payments, while thoroughly reviewing and challenging related rental invoices. Supporting the Real Estate Manager, you will help prepare forecast and budget reports.
You will actively manage site selection and lease negotiations for remote and Christmas stockrooms. As a data expert, you will analyze store performance and benchmark information, offering valuable recommendations to the Real Estate team.
Minimum Requirements Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate, and/or equivalent training in Property Law;Relevant professional experience, ideally in commercial leasing or real estate back office;Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (written and spoken);A digital mindset with a strong affinity for data, systems (databases), and excellent MS Office skills (Excel + PowerPoint);Characterized by structure, diligence, and independence, with a keen eye for detail;Strong analytical skills;Proficient in administrative tasks, including contract management, planning and coordinating shop openings, and managing database systems.
