R&D Internship - Data Science

**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Work on diverse projects related to the development of new products or the reliability of existing ones
- Gather and analyse manufacturing data
- Present results and create data reporting
- Correlate findings with potential failures on the field
- Create forecasting algorithm that will help decision making
- Liaise and work with different functions/teams within the manufacturing floor
This is a **6 months internship** starting in **as soon as possible**.
This role is based in Torino (Lienì) but you will have the opportunity to work remotely up to 50% of the time.
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
- You have completed a **Bachelor Degree** in **Data Science** and are now in your **1st or 2nd** **year** of **Master Degree**:
- Knowledge of open source software like R and Python is an advantage
- **Fluency** in **Italian** and **good level** of **English** (B1)
On a personal level, you have **excellent communication/presentation skills** to interact with external and internal partners, and an **analytical mindset**.
You are also **proactive** and **autonomous**.
