**Posizione**:
**JOB PURPOSE**
Responsible of results reporting and interpretation.
Plan and run laboratory experimental work with Researcher's support.
1)Defines project plan independently (activities, resources, timing, budget, targets, milestones) and makes it approve by stakeholders, e.g.
Researchers.
2)Manages (plan / execution) several key projects with complex scope simultaneously from beginning to end in line with project plan.
**Requisiti**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Leads projects independently / with limited Manager supervision.
2) Report testing results and corresponding interpretations to FTS Team members/Head of R&D on a structured and systematic basis and in written form.
Proactively documents and reports project updates to stakeholders in order to drive delivery of project objectives.
3) By means of the laboratory experimental work, support the FTS Research group in achieving key results and milestones within allocate time and budget.
On demand support on Motorsport activities, when required and requested
5) Train colleagues on specific experiments/measurements (on-demand).
6) Able to quickly gain an independent position while constantly liaising with PLI Laboratory Manager on operational, organizational and HSEQ matters with a professional and cohesive approach.
7) Manage maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, when required.
Able to test and run or seek support in executing analytical tests and/or operate the vast majority of analytical equipment.
8) Manage chemical inventory and purchase of consumables.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
Degree in Chemistry/Ph.D.

Competencies/Skills:
- Very good Knowledge of lab equipment;
- Make decisions, proactive and curious (a must), autonomous, rigorous, ability to respect plan/deadlines;
- Good English knowledge is a must (spoken and written);
- Work effectively with multiple parties, internal and external to achieve set targets;
- Good Knowledge of IT tools (i.e.
MS Office, SAP, Databases, LIMS etc.
);
- Communication skills.
