JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be to create excellent formulas in terms of functional and sensorial performance, complying with the constraints of manufacturability, cost and safety in line with Company' sustainable values.
DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research of new raw materials, ingredients and technology to promote innovation
Investigate and summarize state of the art research on specific skin and ingredients topics
Develop new and natural-based formulations utilizing in-depth knowledge of chemical Ingredients and processes that meets the desired specification for efficacy and pleasantness.
Perform and monitor stability, utilizing approved stability protocol, and Identify any corrective and qualitative-quantitative variations in accordance with the expected quality standards;
Knowledge of raw materials documentation
Defines the specifications of products collaborating with other departments.
Collaborate as a key team member across the R&D department, contributing innovative ideas, expertise, knowledge, experiences with strong team spirit, and pride in organization's contribution to the company.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or master degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology or biotechnology
Passion Skincare cosmetic formulation;
Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks;
Organizational and priority management skills;
Interpersonal communication and relational competences;
Strong flexible, precise and proactive attitude;
Be a self-starter person with high motivation, capable of working independently, yet collaboratively within a fast-paced environment;
Professional knowledge of Microsoft Software (Especially Excel);
English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
