Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the QA Manager Global IT Infrastructure .Key Responsibilities :As a member of the QA department you will support the IT department in the development and implementation of infrastructure-related business processes and proceduresEnsure that adequate standards are developed, communicated and effectively implemented for global IT infrastructures and their service providersConsult and advise IT infrastructure projects on the correct application of internal and external regulations and proceduresAudit IT infrastructures at the sites in cooperation with Global GMP Compliance and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive action plansSupport supplier audits for IT infrastructure systems and servicesEnsure that the internal regulations are in line with up to date regulatory requirementsActing as project QA in non-infrastructure related validation projects for the implementation of IT systems.Perform other duties as assignedKey requirements :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experiences in a similar positionPharma QA background is requiredKnowledge of IT infrastructure topics, components and ITIL-based processesGMP knowledge and experienceExperience at a managerial level for the QA responsibility for validation projects relating to GMP processesIndependent and flexible work with a good communication style, also structured, focused and well-organized work behavior and also open to new ideas, agile and proactiveStrong analytical skills that include process and system mapping abilitiesStrong interpersonal and motivational skills and ability to interact positively with all functions in a complex organizationFluent in English, other languages are an assetEvery day, Lonza's products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
