Main duties and responsibilitiesDeliver Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, budget and in compliance with the processes of Global Blue Professional Services.Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of DCC services.Support to definition, implementation and governance of an efficient Partner Integration Project implementation processes.Support the Commercial Organization and Partner Manager with technical and process consultancy.Ensure that the implemented Solutions are anchored correctly in the GB organization.Accept, coordinate and prioritize all customer requests related to decentralized IT.Ensure correct and timely ticket handling (initiate, track update and close ticket).Write and improve knowledgebase pages for employees (including manuals and FAQs).DCC applications certifications, deployments and management.Perform the local user acceptance test for solutions.Maintain the Countries Requirement updated.Technical pre-sales.Provide 2nd level support to the local Field Service teams.Regular reports, reviews and meetings with Head of Payment and Product DCC team.Relates and cooperates mainly withLine manager.Technology teams.Commercial teams.Product teams.Background and EducationIT educational background.University graduate preferred.At least 2 years of experience in managing technical projects with external stakeholders.Experience in working with virtual and distributed teams.Customer consulting services.Independent and self-motivating personality.Fluent English and Italian language skills (oral and written).Portuguese, Turkish, Greek, and Arabic language skills (oral and written) are a plus.Working knowledge within the payment industry and retail (preferred).Specific skills and knowledgeGood knowledge of project management processes and tools.Solid understanding of Point-of-sale related technology and transactional systems.Experience with EFT payment standards, PCI, EMV within the retail or credit card industry.Ability to communicate with external partners in an efficient and structured way.Accuracy, ability to quickly analyze situations and to identify the correct measures.Customer-oriented approach.Willingness to enter into technical details.Structured and flexible at the same time in managing difficult and challenging situations.Commitment and dedication to work.Perseverance in reaching goals.Excellent communication and team skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
