Saipem is committed to supporting its clients on the energy transition pathway towards Net Zero, with increasingly digital means, technologies and processes geared for environmental sustainability.As a Project Quality Manager, you will join our Department/Function QHSE-ABSER ENVIRONMENT, in the Business Line ABSER, conducting the following activities:Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project according to the Customers' requirements and Saipem standards;Plan and ensure the project Quality Control (QC) activities implementation;Ensure the correct performing of the planned internal and external quality audits and management of the findings;Act as focal point for quality-related matters within the project and in liaison with external entities;Plan and allocate the quality resources of the project;Provide support to the Project Manager for the management of the local authority in Quality topics;Disseminate in the project team the Project Quality requirements with training sessions;Ensure the correct management of the non-conformity and their closure;Prepare and manage the Project Quality Management review;Ensure the management of the Lesson Learned and Customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATION:Master Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:B2/C1LABOUR RELATIONSHIP:Permanent contractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE:5-10 in similar quality management positions in International Oil Gas Projects.IT SKILLS:Microsoft Office PackageSoft Skills:Demonstrated team leadership.Ability to work in international multi-cultural teams and multi-center execution environment.Deep knowledge of ISO 9000 series of standards; ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certificate would be a plus.Ability to develop internal and external network.Demonstrated good communication skills.Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments.Have training skills in Quality Management.NICE TO HAVE:Good skills in performing root cause analysis using most known Quality Tools (5WHY, Fishbone Diagram, Tap Root etc.)
