It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.Main ActivitiesAs Project Contract Management, you will join our Department/Function Contract Management, in the business line Asset Based Services, conducting the following activities:Oversee and manage contract management processes on the project post-award through close-out in accordance with Saipem contract management practices, including claims and back charges.Develop contracting strategies, negotiation, contract administration and close out of various types of contracts within delegated authority.Provide consultative functional technical and analytical support in the area of Contract Management for the project management, project controls, and construction management processes and senior leadership.Report to project, department and company senior leadership on the health of the assigned projects.Basic Job RequirementsPrevious contract management experience including, contract administration, and supply chain management supporting large engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPC) projects.Strong understanding of the construction industry and contract language associated with EPC.Extensive knowledge in work change and claims preparation, evaluation and negotiation.QUALIFICATION: Accredited degree or global equivalent in Business, Construction Management, or Law.KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2/C1YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3-5 yearsSoft SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAttention to detailsSelf-motivatedExcellent negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility and desire to develop, mentor, and coach employees.Nice To HaveExperience developing negotiating contract terms and conditions specifically for offshore contracts, marine construction, modularization/fabrication of offshore structures on a lump sum, unit price, and cost reimbursable basis.Advanced degree such as a Master in Business Administration, Master in Industrial Engineering, Law degree (Juris Doctor), or global equivalent.Strong knowledge of Pre-Award process and contracts packages formation.Experience in accurately formulating multiple compensation structures including, but not limited to, reimbursable cost, lump sum, and unit price.Experience managing a team of Contract Management personnel.LOCATION: Fano, (PU), Italy.
