About The Role About this opportunity Professional Scheduler / Project Planner will provide oversight of establishing initial project baseline through completion, acting as owner's representative for multiple projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare SOQ reviews and establishing accurate and effective schedule baseline Delayed project acceleration efforts.
Recurring monthly review of schedule submissions and engagement in progress meetings.
Coordinate with client lease construction managers as well as lease providers monthly schedule updates and regular progress reports.
Coordinate lessor schedule improvement.
Actively involved in maintaining client relations Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors with engagement key due to hybrid working Understanding of contract management within planning.
Responsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical path Performs "what if" scenarios for individual program management teams Performs schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedule Performs earned value analysis in support of assigned programs or projects Develop and maintain scheduling procedures for assigned programs Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality Identifies, defines and addresses general problems that are typically within the immediate job area Utilise prior experiences to support problem solving and/or standard procedures and basic analysis Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
