Our client is a major provider of solar system components, operating in the renewable energy sector.
- Managing, coordinating and leading the project team, having the authority for all aspects in order to secure a safe and successful implementation of the products installation in terms of costs, quality and time and the rest of KPI's the PMs are in charge of;
- Acting as an "internal representative" of the project to support services in the organization, being the main contact person and interface between all departments (Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain or all the operational departments);
- Ensuring the risk analysis of the project and implementing all the mitigation plans needed in advance;
- Ensuring the implementation of all the QHSE policies defined by the company in all the project phases and the HSE and technical requirements at the production site;
- Guaranteeing the safety of the project team and all subcontractors on site as well as other stakeholders affected by this work;
- Managing institutional relationships when applies, commercials and contractual discussions with the main stakeholders in relation with the project management and operation execution, claims, disputes, and any matter of a contractual nature with clients and suppliers;
- Being responsible for claim management from/to customer: e.g.change orders, monthly invoices, cash collection etc.
- Representing the company to the clients by creating a good relationship with them and delivering customer satisfaction;
- Ensuring the set-up and maintenance of PM tools (schedule, risk matrix, forecast, Org Chart, Upvise etc.
);
- Securing frequent on-site visits;
- Controlling and reporting the performance's indicators defined by the PM department
- Degree in Engineering or similar;
- At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects;
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: renewables, oil&gas, civil engineering/construction, manufacturing/plant engineering;
- Full responsibility for multi-million EUR Contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen.
