RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Manager Junior - Energy Consulting to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.
Mission For our Energy Engineering Solutions team, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be focused on different assets such as O&G, Hydrogen, and CCUS. The ideal candidate will work on various projects related to decarbonisation, design and engineering consulting, feasibility studies, advisory services design verification, and Marine Warranty Survey.
Key Accountabilities Perform day-to-day management of projects and ensure effective implementation. Ensure effective and timely communications with clients and be their direct interface. Coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team. Establish and maintain project monitoring, deal with project administration, and financial management. Assist in the further development, implementation, and monitoring of the overall projects implementation plan. Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Naval Engineering. Other qualifications in Chemical Engineering or Energy Engineering. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager/Project Coordinator in multidisciplinary engineering disciplines will be considered a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize relevant tasks. Great organisational skills and familiarity with a business mindset. Fluency in written and spoken English.
