Key Accountabilities: Manage relationships with customers and implement an approach of total customer focus.
Be responsible for operational arrangements and delivery of assigned services and projects in the area.
Ensure the delivery according to the established Service Delivery Plan, ensuring respect of the costs, time and quality agreed.
Collaborate with account manager in order to prevent and anticipate any difficulties in delivery.
Overview of the planning process in order to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.
Efficient and effective organization of human resources available (promoting communication and team working in the project team).
Oversee auditors' qualification against applicable criteria, periodical performance review, calibration and training.
Periodic control process, reporting to line manager the progress of the work, the quality of the activities performed and deliverables, anticipating the needs of particular interventions or contractual revisions.
Interact with relevant internal functions (sales, administration, planning, invoicing, etc.)
for proactive end-to-end management of projects in scope, including DNV offices in other countries.
The role also includes typical back-office tasks in support to project management such as regular updating and control of datasets with information submitted from internal and external parties; coordination of information exchange and work-flows; collection, technical review and approval of audit results and reports; monitoring of performance indicators, customer requirements and deadlines; preparation of internal quality and performance reports for direct and top management.
In addition, the role includes regular on-site activities, mostly within own-managed projects.

Position Qualifications: Work experience in coordination and end-to-end management of projects related to supplier audits, business sustainability, including risk management, responsible sourcing and procurement, ESG and/or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), preferably in connection with the management of value chain issues and opportunities.
Experience and understanding of assurance and auditing foundational skills preferred (observation and investigation; application of audit principles, procedures and techniques; data collection and analysis; problem solving and analytical decision making; documentation review; interview skills; communication, relationship management and conflict resolution).
Experience of supplier social responsibility assessment programs and social audit schemes (APSCA certified auditor; SMETA Lead Auditor; SA 8000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) would be a value-added.
Fluent Italian and excellent knowledge of English language.
Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools.
Completed higher education degree course.
