The Completions & Commissioning Manager will oversee and manage the commissioning process for mission-critical facilities, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and control systems are completed on time and meet quality standards. This role involves managing teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the successful handover of facilities. The manager will coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover phases, ensuring projects are aligned with customer expectations and completed efficiently.
Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Control Systems, etc.) with 10+ years of experience.Strong knowledge of MEP systems in mission-critical facilities (data centers, power, oil & gas).Project Management certification or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience in commissioning management.Leadership experience in motivating and managing high-performing teams.Strong QA/QC and commissioning process knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or Professional Engineer certification. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end commissioning process, ensuring equipment and systems are completed on time.Define project scope, align team activities, and ensure safety compliance (PTW, LOTO).Implement lean management strategies to improve efficiency.Lead internal and external teams, developing detailed commissioning plans and documentation.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issues.Ensure QA/QC processes are integrated, manage paperwork, and track project progress.Provide technical guidance on MEP systems, control systems, and integration. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle project pressures.Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgetary constraints. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of MEP systems, including MV/LV switchgear, UPS, generators, HVAC, control systems (BMS, SCADA, PLC), and power quality. Other: Willingness to travel across Europe.
