**JOB PURPOSE**:
As Responsible Project Manager you will support the Regional Responsibility Senior Programme Manager who is responsible for delivering 'Climate Positive' element of the responsibility strategy.
Burberry aims to be Climate Positive by 2040, this implies working with the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing to manufacturing of finished goods, ensuring external partners embed our ambition for a climate positive future in their business operations.
Specifically the new headcount will be responsible for delivering the Renewable Energy, Energy and Water Reduction, and AII projects across the EMEIA supply chain made of 80 vendors, 373 subcontractors, 65 nominated facilities and 500 raw material suppliers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Engage with EMEIA external partners to implement Climate Positive and Net Zero roadmap to ensure the achievement of Scope 3 targets
- Manage and collate sustainability data across energy and carbon emissions for EMEIA Region
- Support in the development of methodology and tools for measuring, monitoring and reporting annual Scope 3 emissions
- Assist in the development and roll out of supplier training, training tools and best practice guidance materials
- Participate in key industry working groups, such as Apparel Impact Institute (AII)
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
**PERSONAL PROFILE**:
- Strong project management skills
- Stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Highly organised and efficient at prioritising work with a diligent and detail oriented approach
- Open to collaboration and working within a highly engaged team
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly Excel
- Sustainability area knowledge, with a focus on energy.
Knowledge of GHG accounting methodologies is a plus.
- Work experience in Sustainability field, fashion industry preferred
