Our team defines the strategic roadmap to deliver holistic carbon management solutions, scouts for innovative technologies to expand our portfolio of technologies and solutions, manages technology development programs, originates new opportunities, and leads early customers engagement.
**Partner with the best**
As Compact Carbon Capture (CCC) Program Manager, you will lead and/or facilitate the performance of the CCC technology development program, aiming to demonstrate technology readiness level (TRL) 7 upon completion thereof.
In that capacity you will:
- Supporting the Compact Carbon Capture Program Director on dedicated initiatives, and particularly take ownership of the CCC technology development program for demonstrating TRL7
- Contributing to the definition and execution of technology validation programs and to the tabling of an industrialization roadmap also defining the optimal supply chain set-up
- Supporting the Compact Carbon Capture Program Director in overseeing the management of the Compact Carbon Capture NPD, working across organizational boundaries to ensure efficient and successful delivery thereof
- Forecasting and driving the management of resources for ensuring that the CCC technology development program is delivered on time and within budget as per plan
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- have a bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent, and a solid background in a related field
- demonstrate experience with program and/or project management, preferably either in the Oil & Gas, and/or Industrial markets, and/or the Energy Transition space
- demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders
- be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
- be able to travel internationally to visit customer, supplier, partner or other Baker Hughes locations
- have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English
- preferably demonstrate experience of solvent based CO2 Capture and/or utilization technology development
