Key Responsibilities- As part of our Operations Department manage projects for tissue converting solutions- Act as the key interface with customers by managing projects from order entry to on-site commissioning- Manage all the project phases starting from the handover from Sales to commissioning at customer site- Establish and ensure solid and successful working relationship with Customers- Oversee work progress and order changes- Track design review and Job progress considering set cost and milestones- Track customer's punch list progress to completion- Manage the Factory Acceptance Test to guarantee that the equipment meets all the agreed specifications- Manage the shipping, installation and start-up plan of the machines in accordance with the project schedules and safety specifications- Interact with Customer Service for the project handover- Coordinate with all the stakeholders on the project regarding commissioning and manage the commissioning team
To succeed in this role you should have- Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager- Experience in manufacturing industries- MS Office proficiency, especially MS Project and Excel- Knowledge of SAP- Strong interpersonal skills- Customer orientation- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and problem solving skills- Fluent in English and Italian.
A third language is appreciated- Availability to travel
