Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Pramac, part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Senior Corporate Development Program Manager to join the team.The Senior M&A Manager is responsible for leading and supporting M&A projects across cross-functional areas and subsidiaries.
Project focus may include M&A lifecycle, including valuation, financial and business case development, synergy and dyssynergy analysis, development and consensus building for an actionable integration plan, and overseeing and tracking value capture and performance post-close.
Project assignments could vary in length and complexity and are generally not permanent in scope.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience7 years of working in a corporate/business development, business strategy, investment banking or consulting environment5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including evaluation and diligence of acquisition targetsExperience working with and influencing a global workforceEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead mergers and acquisition pipeline, diligence and integration projects and process across the organizationProvide input on improving corporate development processes and lead improvements as assigned.Prepare presentations for potential Corporate Development opportunities to be presented to Business Group Leaders, CFO, CEO and Executive Committee.Identify, drive and document continuous improvement of Corporate Development processes.Lead indirect teams to successfully execute complex cross-functional projects and set up programs.Influence senior leadership and executives and drive alignment.Maintain a solid understanding of the broad business.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to evaluate situations objectivelyDemonstrated ability to make decisions that are intended to have a positive impact on the total business.Demonstrated personal flexibility in approach and ideasDemonstrated ability to respond positively and support changes in procedures, process, technology, responsibility and assignments.If you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role, then please do not hesitate to contact us.We want to hear from you!Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Business DevelopmentIndustries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
