The Project Manager reports to the Project Portfolio Manager.
The purpose of this position is to manage projects and guarantee the achievement of project objectives and results on time, within scope and budget, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the definition and sharing of project scope, timing and budget, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
- Develops and maintains a detailed project plan to monitor and track project status
- Prepares the project budget based on scope and requirements, gets the necessary approvals and shares it with relevant stakeholders
- Tracks project costs in order to meet the budget and ensures effective and efficient use of resources
- Runs project status meetings and shares project updates concerning strategy and adjustments with all participants and stakeholders involved
- Manages and shares changes affecting project scope, project schedule, and project costs following appropriate procedures and methods
- Reports and escalates issues whenever necessary
- Manages the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders during project execution
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget in accordance with Serioplast policies and contractual agreement
- Supervises project activities rationalizing and optimizing resources and processes
- Ensures that projects comply with health, safety and environmental rules and practices
Technical Skills:
- Excellent project management skills
- Good knowledge of properties and behavior of thermoplastic polymers
- Good applied knowledge of WCM standards
- Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices
- Excellent knowledge of English

Education and Experience:
- Master's degree preferably in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing projects in a manufacturing company
