Project Manager

The candidate will be responsible for leading SW projects, from product idea to final delivery.
This includes analysis, planning, supporting for development and test, with particular attention to documentation management.
Required skills: Good leader, building credible relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment to the project's objectives; Effective communicator, ensuring to be clearly understood by all stakeholders; Negotiation capability, dealing with people who have divergent interests and investing time to understand and negotiate these relationships; Detail-oriented, meticulous about managing the details of every project and the impact each detail may have on the overall project success; Ability to recognize and solve problems quickly; Highly organized and multi-tasker; Master degree in Engineering; Grounded technical background (3+ years' experience as SW designer and developer); Fluent English; Ability to travel abroad (0-25%).
Appreciated skills: 1+ years' experience in leading major projects with a cross functional team; .net framework and SQL server knowledge; Knowledge of project management tools (document versioning, bug and ticket management, project planning,…); Basic knowledge of main standard (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
Place of employment: Vignate (MI).
Contract and salary will be commensurate with candidate's experience.
