Project Management Officer

Position Mission: Within the Project Management Department, help to achieve the goals of the assigned project according to the plan, technical aspects, and operational processes.Responsibilities:Assist the Project Management/Project Engineering department in organizing, planning, and coordinating the project.Contribute to the drafting of technical specifications (system architecture, identification and traceability of regulatory requirements to guarantee the realization of the project, procurement of materials and components).Contribute to the drafting of documentation to support the verification and validation processes.Recommend changes to be made in the project planning or alternative solutions.Continuous interaction with the work team and updating with the reference manager.Collaborate in monitoring the progress of the project following sector regulations, quality standards, and delivery times.Contribute to indicating, monitoring, and achieving project KPIs.Qualifications – Knowledge:Degree in Engineering or Economics.Fluency in Italian (B2 or superior).Fluency in English (B2 or superior).Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Microsoft Excel.
(Nice to have) basic knowledge of SAP (management software).
