We are on an exciting growth journey and have recently made two acquisitions and set up two greenfield sites.
Being a truly global organization, we have manufacturing sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Italy as well as in the USA.We are now looking for a project manager to coordinate and drive our manufacturing expansion projects.Your RoleYou will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing expansion initiatives.
Your role will be to lead and coordinate projects, monitoring progress and ensuring that timelines and budgets are met.
We want our projects to be delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders, while contributing to the strategic objectives of the business.ResponsibilitiesLeading footprint projects globally for Alleima Medical.Creating comprehensive project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, allocating and managing resources, motivating the project team, and monitoring progress.Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Communicating clearly and effectively with all stakeholders and ensuring project objectives meet quality standards.Managing the project budget, creating detailed project timelines, and monitoring progress.Maintaining project documentation, preparing detailed project reports, and evaluating completed projects to identify improvements for future projects.About YouThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and project management with a focus on driving efficiency, quality, and scalability.
You have strong leadership and communication skills to ensure that both project team members and stakeholders are informed and know how to support the project.
You also possess excellent negotiation skills to reach good agreements with suppliers.We see that you have at least 5 years of experience leading teams or project teams.
You also have many years of experience within production, building technology, and/or mechanical engineering.
To be successful in working with colleagues from different countries, you need to be fluent in English and have experience working in a global and virtual context.
