Your Role: As a Project Engineering Manager you will manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance, and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders.
Your Challenges: Manage the technical contractual scope of the project Manage the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan Validate the technical design choices with the peers and Solution Director Deploy the applicable engineering process, methods & tools on the project Manage the project solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments Be responsible for the project design and application engineering activities Supervise Verification & Validation activities Qualifications: Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle view Relevant experience in managing technical projects Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope Hands-on experience in Customer relationship in contractual situations Strong leadership skills Fluent written and spoken English Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
