The position As our Project Director FP (Finished Product) at Novo Nordisk, you will play a key part of a major expansion project with high ramp-up focus and an international and complex stakeholder landscape. You will develop and execute project plans, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations. You will identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address any issues that may arise. Moreover, you will allocate and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives.
Your main accountabilities will include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and desired outcomes.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of project activities, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to project plans.
Develop project budgets, closely monitoring and managing expenditures to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Project Management certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
To be successful in this role is good to have familiarity with CAPEX projects; proficient in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
