Project Development Manager

WRS are looking for a Project Development Manager to join a leading company in the renewables sector on a permanent basis.

Overview:We're seeking a professional with a good understanding of wind, battery storage, and solar PV project development in Italy. You will play a key role in achieving our project development goals, leveraging your expertise and collaborating with our team of renewable energy experts.

Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of wind, BESS, and solar PV project development from feasibility studies to final permitting;Coordinate project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;Conduct feasibility studies for project acquisitions;Help identifying and securing new development opportunities;Liaise and cooperate with the engineering team;Contribute to developing and implementing the company's business development strategy. Required Skills:Basic understanding of the Italian regulatory framework related to the energy sector, specifically the development and construction of PV and Wind Plants, including environmental and licensing requirements;Basic knowledge of the Italian electricity system/technical and regulatory, including distributed generation regulations plus utilities and related interconnection procedures;Basic project Management;Ability to work autonomously and proactively;Attention to detail;Efficient time management capability;EU Passport.
