Job Description:Reports to : HO ProgrammesMission of the Job : To ensure the delivery On Time, On Cost, On Quality, of all the projects of the assigned programme clusterMain activities :-To manage one or several projects from the handover by the proposal team to the project closure.- To ensure the On Time, On Cost, On Quality execution of the projects successfully achieving the defined schedule milestones.- To regularly monitoring the execution of the project activities identifying and setting risks, and coordinating the assigned resources (internal and external) to ensure an adequate progress.- To perform risk and opportunities management of the project developing, implementing and monitoring mitigation measures as required.- To report, on a weekly basis, the status of the programme to the Director of Programmes.- To implement an Earn Value Management project control system (supported by the Project Management Office).- To prepare the internal monthly reviews to present the programme progress status and financial performances to the management board (supported by the Project Management Office).- To prepare project documentation as required.- Ability to work with integrated multi-disciplinary team, collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to achieve identified goals.- Ability to maintain professional relationship with the customers stimulating the communication and the transparency during the program execution- To lead the customer project reviews as required and coordinate the preparation of the required data packages.- To identify opportunities that could lead to added value Contract Change Notice.Education/Training: Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Industrial Engineering ManagementProject Management and Cost ControlProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusCertification/Master in Business Administration is a plusExperience:5 years experience in project management for the Space / SatCom IndustryExperience in leading projects for ESA and other European Primes is desirable.Technical or management background in the domain of communication systems for satellite, UAV, SatCom connectivity and/or on ground applications is a plus.Familiarity with ECSS standards is mandatoryTool or product requirements:Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)Microsoft Excel (advanced)Microsoft Project (advanced)Languages:English (fluent oral and written)Knowledge of Italian is a plusBehaviours:Strong Leadership, good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Flexible, reactive, resilient and pragmatic.Experience in dealing with stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.Good planning and organisational skills in a fast-changing and complex environment.Speak-up attitudeThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Italia S.p.A.Employment Type:Permanent-------Experience Level:ProfessionalJob Family:Programme & Project Management By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
