Program Managers/Implementation Specialists (IS) support EU Customer Advisors & Professional Services teams to drive Amazon Business (AB) adoption for purchasing needs. IS's are experts in AB solutions and can set up AB solutions as per Customers' requirements, internal tools & processes. IS's work closely with Customer Advisor and Professional Services teams in Europe to support implementation and play a key role in Customers' success in adopting our solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, managing B2B implementations, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesImplement required business policies into Amazon Business account.Drive internal efficiencies initiatives to support the increasing number of implementation requests.Challenge business requirements translated into Amazon Business setup as declared by Customer Advisors and/or Customers.Oversee program execution, including project scheduling and timely delivery.Provide timely, clear, concise, and complete communications to Customer Advisor, Professional Services, and Amazon Business Leadership.Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management when necessary.Meet or exceed targets for implementation deliveries.Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree.Fluent English.Fluent Italian and Spanish.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior B2B Experience/Negotiation or Business Process Management Experience Preferred.Attested history of building business requirements and requests for proposal.Strong problem-solving, highly analytical, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
